once again a wonderful service from this young man. Apart from been polite and courteous, he also explained everything that he was doing and why. He also gave me a number of options for us to try with our chimney, before we make a decision about it been lined. Others would have just gone in with the lining and not explained alternatives. Once again thank you and I will continue to recommend.
